Where we work

Based in Myrtle Beach, serving the Grand Strand.

Our office is at 316A Marietta St, Myrtle Beach, SC 29579, and calls are answered 7 days a week, 9am-9pm est. Most of the homeowners we talk with are in Myrtle Beach and the towns immediately around it, though we also help owners elsewhere in Horry and northern Georgetown counties.

Extended coverage includes Garden City, Socastee, Little River, Georgetown, Pawleys Island and the rest of the Grand Strand corridor. See the full service area.

Local detail matters because the obstacles are local. A foreclosure filed on a Horry County property is generally referred to the Horry County Master in Equity, while a Murrells Inlet or Pawleys Island case follows Georgetown County’s schedule. Along the beach, HOA dues, special assessments, and master-insurance changes often move a condo file more than the mortgage balance does; inland, flood history and repair estimates usually set the ceiling on value.

Questions homeowners ask us first

Can you stop my foreclosure?

We do not promise to stop a foreclosure. A property-sale option may be part of a broader decision, but deadlines and legal rights should be reviewed immediately with a qualified South Carolina attorney or HUD-approved housing counselor.

What is a short sale?

A short sale is a property sale where the lender or servicer agrees to accept less than the full amount owed. It requires lender approval; an accepted buyer offer by itself is not enough.

Do you charge homeowners for a consultation?

Palmetto Property Rescue provides an absolutely no cost, no hassle, no obligation consultation. Every situation is different, and results depend on the property, lender, title, timing, and other facts.

Which areas of South Carolina do you serve?

Our base market is Myrtle Beach, SC. We work most often in Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach, Surfside Beach, Murrells Inlet, Conway, Carolina Forest, and we also help owners elsewhere in Horry County and northern Georgetown County along the Grand Strand.
